Born in Mexico City, 1978. Lives and works in Mexico D.F.
She studied at the National School of Painting, Sculpture and Engraving “La Esmeralda”, ENPEG (in its Spanish acronym) (1997 – 2001). She’s work on multiple media, like painting, photography, sculpture, installation etc. Focusing in sculpture using alternative materials like polyester resin, modeling clays and glow in the dark supplies. Pons has exhibited individually in Albuquerque, NM EU (2008); Chihuahua, Chih. MX (2006), and D.F. MX. (2006 – 2001).

Currently she’s collaborating at the Cultural Commission of the Archdioceses of Mexico coordinating Proyecto Paradiso a new contemporary art museum and cultural center in a marginalized area in Mexico city (www.proyectoparadiso.com).
